Foreigners who meet one of the following criteria can apply for a Work Permit in mainland China. Documents for Application for Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit from Abroad and Application for Foreigner’s Work Permit are both required.
1.Category A foreigners with valid visa or Residence Permit who are currently staying in mainland China；（See appendix）
2.Foreigners with a valid work-type Residence Permit who are changing an employer but will remain in the same occupation;
3.Foreign spouses and children of Chinese citizens or spouses and children of foreign permanent residents, who have a valid visa or Residence Permit;
4.Performing inter-governmental protocols or agreements;
5.Other situations proofed by authority. |
